Our stay

Hi, Thank you for opening your condo up for our use. We left around 10am this morning. The washing machine is running with the towels. There’s a few things that we wanted to let you know of. The fire extinguisher in the kitchen pantry expired in 1993. We heard it hissing, it was leaking air & powder so we took it outside and put it on the back deck so it would not continue to spray in the house. The both toilet flappers leak. The condo was very homey, but we found it didn’t look like it had been cleaned well. And lastly, there’s too many knickknacks to live around. The list of inventory items is not up to date. If perhaps there was less to inventory, there might be less to worry about guests stealing. Thus leaving more room for our stuff. Thank you for considering our input and information about the place. Hopefully it may help make future stays safer, healthier and more relaxing. Thank you, Debbie

The back deck off the main floor offers some spectacular sunsets. The apartment itself was very cozy. Didn't really need for much as it was mostly already made available to us. If I return to Padre island I'll absolutely return.

Much needed get away

Thanksgiving get away with the family. Condo handled 5 of us just fine. Sitting on the balcony looking over the water was great. it was a little hard to fish from the dock as it is not really set up for that but still managed. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Property is so close to everything, it could not be better. New grocery store right around the corner so you don't have to go back into Corpus if you forgot something. We will be back next year!

As soon as you place a foot inside, you can see the pictures don't honor how nice and beautiful this place is. It smells clean and looks clean, actually spotless! You can find everything to start your vacation and beyond. Tom always answers within minutes. He sent information before and during our stay. The view is wonderful, we could see amazing sunrises and sunsets, the complex is very nice as well. My children enjoyed fishing from the deck as well as the pool. My mother enjoyed the view from the balcony, my husband and I were happy since we rented a boat and we left it just in front of the condo during our stay. I was glad about the keyless pad since we didn't have to carry keys around. We are already talking about staying in the unit for our next stay in Padre Island. Thanks to the owner for having this beautiful and well maintained place.

My family loved this place! Short distance from the beach, but there's also a pool and hot tub that you can enjoy. Everything looks brand new.. the decor, the utensils, the bedding, the couches. All of it! We had no issues finding the condo, or issues going inside (We read the manual prior coming so we followed the instructions!). When we had a question, we would get a reply within minutes you don't get this anywhere else. My family loved this place! ..and the view is just amazing.

Magnificent view, spacious and sparkling condo! It was exactly as cute and homey as the pictures look. The condo had everything needed for making anything. Beds were comfy. We really enjoyed having beach towels, chairs and sand toys available. My mother said that this condo's worth climbing a few steps. It very well decorated, very spacious, enough beds for the family and we had everything we needed. Quiet and beautiful place! We had a very responsive host, always responded within minutes before and during our stay. We are so grateful. We highly recommend it to our family, and friends. Perfection!!! Beautiful Beautiful Condo!

Guys! This Condo really has one of the most Magnificent views in Corpus Christi (not exaggerating!), it is an immaculate condo, very spacious and a really clean condo!. Beautifully decorated. My mother said it 's worth to climb the few steps. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise, we even saw dolphins in the canal ( they were beautiful) & of course we saw a nice sunset as well. Tom was very responsive , sent us details before our arrival and he answered to us within minutes. My children enjoyed fishing from the dock, and we docked in front of our unit since it has a private dock/lift. Great place, all my family had a blast and we are coming back. Thank you so much Tom!!
