Both locations are conveniently placed less than a mile from your humble abode.

Back at this incredible home, you'll have plenty of opportunities to kick back and relax in the spacious living area, with couches lining the walls near the entrance for you to plop onto for a comfortable nap. Step into the full island kitchen and put together a homemade meal for you and your guests to feast upon as you meet around the dining room. Feel free to float in the on-site pool and swim to your heart's content. Head on back home and dry up on the balcony as you sunbathe with a good book in one hand and an even better drink in the other.

THINGS TO KNOW

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
