What's better then waking up to a gentle sea breeze coming into your getaway condo as you enjoy a spectacular endless ocean view from the comfort of your own bed? This lovely efficiency condo on the 2nd floor is the perfect space for two.

This condo is completely remodeled with beautiful flooring throughout, a kitchen area complete with a granite counter, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, full-sized stove and a fully stocked kitchen.

For sleep arrangements, there is a king-sized bed. The dining area seats four and situated in front of the 65" flat screen TV for those who like to watch television while sipping their favorite cup of coffee.

The bathroom has a large, shower and tub combo and vanity with gorgeous granite counter tops and brilliant lighting to make getting ready a breeze. The vanity has ample counter space to place personal toiletries on. This bathroom also has a nook in the bathroom with shelving for all your linens.

This private balcony is perfect and makes for a wonderful place to enjoy meals and drinks. As we mentioned before, the sunrise is perfect! Be sure to take advantage and share that special moment with someone.

The location of the condo was great. Easy access to beach. Few housekeeping issues. Coffee cups were chipped and had lipstick. Throw rugs dirty, chairs backs dirty, no kitchen trash can, patio furnitures dirty.

Perfect!

We were just in town for the weekend and we needed somewhere reasonable to stay for such a short trip. The property is perfectly located near the beach, very clean, quiet for the most part, and the room was pleasantly nice for the size. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to return.
