Bay Tree B3 is a studio condo on the second floor, no elevator access. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony and catch glimpses of ships passing through the bay channel and watch the fireworks show on July 4th and NYE while drinking your beverage of choice. Beautifully remodeled with vinyl flooring throughout the living area, tile in the bathroom. Spacious bathroom with a tiled shower, ample counter space and lighting, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements consist of a king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. Semi-private wall separates the living area from the bedroom area. Flat screen TV's in both areas! No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

Great location, very clean, accommodating condo!

My husband and I took our 2 kids for the weekend of Sand Fest. This location is great. The condo was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The community pool was very clean also. The kids had fun swimming in the evenings while watching the big ships go by in the channel. Would highly recommend this condo for a couple or small family:)

Overall nice place. Has a few minor issues.

Overall, the quality is great and the condo was clean. We would stay there again. A couple of minor things that should be improved. When we first entered the condo, it smelled a little bit musty or like mildew. Would be good to have a can of febreeze. The unit did not have a regular broom to sweep the floor. There was a swiffer mop and dust mop, but they did not have pads on them. There was a hand brush with small dust pan. When we were ready checkout, we found an upright vacuum under the bed. That could have been used to sweep, but we didn't know about it until it was too late and we were checking out. The design and look of the shower is great, but the large, square shower head has low water pressure. You should consider getting a shower head with better pressure.
