Beautiful home within walking distance to beach. We had a wonderful stay and the property management was very quick to respond to a very minor issue had. Fully stocked kitchen.

Wonderful Beach Front Property

The check in process was super easy. The location was spectacular just a short walk to the beach. Very clean and great place to stay for a relaxing vacation with the family.

Great stay at great location

Our extended family all met here for a 5 day stay. Condo was exactly as advertised and in very good shape. Really enjoyed the other amenities when we weren't at the beach (pool, pickleball). Recommend Texas Red Golf carts if you need one!!

Fantastic Time Beautiful Place!

Loved the layout and decore was tasteful. The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed and more. Plenty of towels and appreciated the beach towels! Thank you for letting us stay at your place

Perfect place to stay!

This condo was the perfect place for our family to stay! Most cozy beds, amazing kitchen, great shower pressure, great living room space!! And the perfect location right next to the walkway to the beach, right next to the tennis and pickleball courts and pool! We can’t wait to find an excuse to come down to Port Aransas just to come stay there again!

Stay at PURA Vida

Our stay at PURA Vida was really great. The location was amazing. It was so close to the beach. The condo was very well furnished and clean. And the air-conditioning worked great.

Stay was great and condo kitchen well equipped. Only recommendation -- for short run to car front door would not shut unless you held door and used code to lock.

Beautiful, Clean, Spacious

Great appointments including granite counter tops, walk-in shower, soft chairs and couches, rugs everywhere. Close to shops in town. A short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. Tennis courts, basketball court, playground.

Terrific property for our mini-vacation

This was a great property for our family weekend, with two toddlers and grandma. The condo was well appointed and charming, and the beach access was great. When the battery died in the kids' smoke alarm (always happens at midnight) Dale came right after our text in the morning to replace it. Everything we could want was included, it was cute, updated and roomy, and we could walk to the beach and take a short drive to restaurants . Recommended!

Great Place Right on the Beach

Dale and his team were awesome. Met us despite our late arrival. The unit was exactly as advertised and very clean and neat. Not that easy of a task with all of the sand. Location is fantastic, right near beach marker 11. Drive your car and park right on the beach to transport all of the beach equipment, then walk back and forth between the unit with out lugging everything. Only $12 for season pass to park on beach. Our kids loved the free wifi!

Great location for Families

We spent several days here in mid-May with our grown children and 2 young grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and go back for the little’s naps when needed! We utilized the pool several times as well as the playground! We also cooked hamburgers outside using the charcoal grill near the pool. Our unit was comfortable, and very nicely decorated! The beds and linens were all clean and comfortable and we had plenty of towels! The only disappointment we experienced was the property laundry facilities. One might think that for a few days we could go without, but with a toddler and a baby, we found it necessary to wash some bed linens the second day we were there. $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry (in quarters). The machines were old, sandy, and the space small, hot and unkempt. An update to your existing facilities would be much anppreciated! After all, the grounds, the pool, the units all seemed to be well taken care of! Overall, we were so happy with the unit itself, and its location! We love Port Aransas!

Pura Vida!

We enjoyed the whole experience, being able to walk to the beach as well as driving the golf cart there. The pools were great, one of them was 8 feet deep! Room was nice, kitchen well equipped and updated.

Great for family getaway

This property is very spacious and has a very nice interior. The walkway to the beach is amazing and is only about 130 yards to the beach. The only thing that was wrong with the rooms were that the remotes for the fans in the rooms did not all have good batteries in them. Other than that it was a great stay and can’t wait to come back!!

Nice beach condo

We have stayed in Port A for a long weekend with the kids and grandkids every summer for a while now (minus Covid interruptions). This is our first time staying here, and we liked it... it's definitely on the "approved" list for future stays!

Great property. We had one issue when a breaker tripped late one night. Could not find breaker box. Called management company and they sent someone over. They also did not know where breaker box was. Took about 30 minutes to find.
