We had a great stay here! The 3 bedroom layout was very comfortable for our family. We enjoyed being just across the street from Padre Balli beach & did surf lesson twice with Texas Surf Camp. We also enjoyed eating at Surfside Sandwich Shoppe & Costa Wok & Seafood. The pool was also very nice!

Great vacation get away!

From the moment I booked my stay, the host was very great with communication. The house was just as the pictures seen online. Pool access from downstairs bedroom or the main entrance. Each bedroom had its own full bath. House was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, board games, folding chairs, linens, towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each full bath, and more! Absolutely recommend! Would stay again!

The house is in a good location within walking distance of the beach. It is in a complex with a nice pool (not heated, though.) Everything we needed was supplied in the house. The shower water pressure is not ideal, and some aspects (carpet, for example) are ready for some TLC. Host was responsive to questions.

Great rental. I liked the proximity to the pool and that the bedrooms were not on the same floor as the main living areas. It was easy to get to the beach and get back to the rental as a home base.

Overall, my sisters and I enjoyed this place. We had a few bumps on a couple of things, but nothing that couldn’t get resolved rather quickly and all was well. The stairs were OK, but after a long day at the beach and you have to go up the three flights upstairs from the garage it could be tiring lol. My sister’s were good with the beds, the pillows and the linens. There are a lot of beach related types of things in the garage that could make your beach time fun e.g. A beach cart, boogie boards, small ice chest, etc. We had brought our own so we didn’t need to use any of those. The TV in the main room (because I don’t think any of us turned on our TVs in any of our bedrooms) was great and that it was a smart TV so all of your apps are on there for you to log into. It was very convenient to step out through the bottom floor bedroom to get directly to the pool. And the pool was really nice and comfortable to kind of float around in. It only goes to 5 feet. Parking was maybe the more difficult part if you have multiple cars. We were able to park in the garage each time. I drive a 4runner and I could back into the garage and still lift my back gate and close the garage even though it was a little snug on both ends. My sisters and I all agreed that we would rent this place again if we were coming to Padre Island. It is conveniently located to Padre Island National Seashore and the Causeway. Nice place!!
