Fun Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I took our kids and parents to enjoy the last few warmer days in Port A. The house was in a nice quiet community and the pool very convenient for little ones.

Great place in Port Aransas

Loved the ease of check in, the place was clean and decorated perfect. Tv broke while there and management was easy to reach and quick maintenance brought and installed new TV. Loved the easy walk to Castaway grill and oyster shack. The only request would be for a full size coffee pot, and options for additional parking if needed. But highly recommend this VRBO.

Palm Palace is a win

The house, pool, location and communication were all easy, lovely and relaxing. The house is clean, cool, well equipped and comfortable. The hosts were warm and easy to reach. We had no unexpected problems and very much enjoyed an uncomplicated stay. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious and all in all we could've have been more pleased with the way things turned out with our stay.

Central location

The location is great, just a short distance from old downtown Port Aransas. It is conveniently near a only grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. The layout features a kids' room downstairs, along with a TV sitting area. The master suite includes a nice walk-in shower, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. In the living room, there is a large couch, as well as a small breakfast table and bar. Seating area.

End of Summer vacation

Everything was fine. if I was to have a complaint it would be the strong smell of cleaner? or fragrance ? they use? I also know they have to use plastic mattress protectors under the sheets but I did not like the feeling or sounds they make. I toss and turn alot in my sleep and I could feel and hear the mattress protector. The mattress was a good one though. very comfortable. Overall the location was good. Quiet little neighborhood. Pool was cool and clean.

Well Stocked Management Company is Great

It was wonderful because the condo was well stocked and the management company does more for you, including beach towels and less to do at checkout than comparable rentals. That was a five-star experience. The decor made it feel like a tropical getaway and I loved the windows overlooking the pool area . The reason I give it four stars is because the pool was not warm enough to swim in for Spring Break and while the neighborhood was comparatively quiet to other areas, it was not a private enclosed community as it seemed to read. There was an interior community street in front of this particular condo but it was a quiet street. It was easy to get in and out and to the shops which was perfect for walking. Port Aransas has a 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance but being new to staying there, I thought this was unique to this community. Overall we had a wonderful time, the condo was cute and convenient and I would recommend it.

Great Getaway Spot

This quaint townhome is conveniently located to restaurants, shops and the beach and is in great condition. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of clean and spacious bathrooms and the premises are quiet (even though they were filled). My only complaint would be that the pool needed to be cleaned as there was quite a bit of debris and many dead caterpillars on the bottom of the pool. We did also find two roaches in our home, although they were the larger ones that typically make their entrance from outside so it was not from infestation. Everything was easy to find, the check-in process was very convenient and the home was in outstanding shape. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay in the Palm Palace and will be returning again soon!

The trip with the family was wonderful in that place. quiet spacious and close to restaurants, bars and other things. 100% recommendable.

Very impressive!

We were very impressed by the cleanliness, decor, and how well it was equipped. Everything we needed was provided. There was ample seating in the living area and the beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal. The owners let us know that they were available if needed.

Loved our visit!

Such a great property and the owners were great too! It was in a super convenient spot, just a 5-10 minute walk to just about everywhere we wanted to visit. Prompt and friendly communication with property management. Can't wait to come back!
