Unfortunately this was not the place for us. The house is directly next to a lot that is under construction. Every single day during our stay we had construction noise, yelling workers and construction vehicles parked adjacent to our property. I addressed this issue prior to going forward with the rental because this was a huge concern. I was told construction was a couple of homes down, not directly next door. That being said, I alerted the property manager - was offered two additional days on the stay or for a future date. That would not work. Also, the pool was full of sand the entire stay and not usable.The morning we were departing pool maintenance told us that this is the worst they had ever seen this pool. We were informed that they come once a week, not twice as the listing states. Also, there is no game room . This is a dingy garage that has a foosball table and a few other toys. It is not cozy, it is downstairs adjacent to the pool and tiny.The house is extremely small. There are no dressers, only small cubbies for clothing. There is no place to store luggage either. There are hooks on the walls with hangers only.The deck has two seats only and is extremely small. Your view is of a beautiful home that primarily blocks your view of the water.The golf cart that comes with your rental does not look at all like the golf cart advertised. We received a dated, beat up golf cart. It had mechanical issues, backfiring numerous times while we used it.
