The house was dirty and the bed sheets were dirty. The property manager was responsive but the maid didn’t come out for 4 hours after we checked in. I was told that I would get one night free because of condition of the house. That didn’t happen and I haven’t heard anything from the property manager since then to give me an update on the refund for the one night. I was also told by the property manager that she would have moved us but they were completely booked for that weekend. The maid did come back the next day to clean with her kids. I have stayed in that area before and never had a problem. I love visiting Port A and it’s a family tradition that has an almost 30 years memories. I know that things happen, but good customer service is communication and follow through with what you said you would do to rectify adverse events. I hope that the owner reads this review and responds.
