Great trip!

Great house to share with groups - open living room and kitchen. Buck bed room isn’t a room though- it’s a living room up stairs. Stairs are located outside of the house not inside.

Separate bedrooms - bogus!

Outside stairs to two bedrooms and open area for bunk beds was a sham. Not disclosed. Upstairs area not really conducive to family gathering. Near beach was a misnomer. Beach was one mile on foot. No beach access from residence. Door to downstairs unlocked when we got there!Most disappointing stay I have ever had in Port Aransas. At least seven other visits.

Casual artistic gathering place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very pretty place with BIG table and plenty of seating at table or in the living room. Nice comfy beds Clean and spacious for handling many people. Parking for only 2 cars and no view of water or ease to walk to ocean negatives. Separate outside staircase to upstairs bedrooms a bit of a pain but we got used to it. The atmosphere of the place was inviting and happy.

Nothin’ but a Sea Thang

This house met our needs for the most part. The house was big and spacious enough to fit our 3 families and the kids loved the bunk beds. The ceiling fan was out in one of the upstairs bedrooms when we got there, but the management company apologized and brought in a box fan as a replacement the next day. The only real complaint is that we couldn’t access the garage, so parking was a pain since we had three cars. If we could have used the garage, parking wouldn’t have been such an ordeal. But overall, we liked the house and we love the Village Walk community.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach house is wonderful! It was clean and comfortable. I read the information several times but was still surprised to see that the upstairs rooms were completely detached from the other part of the house, even though it was clearly stated in the description (I just couldn't picture what it meant). With 4 teenagers, this was a blessing and a curse. They had their own little crash pad and my husband and I had the whole main house. With that said, this would not work if you had little ones that could not stay alone. We loved sitting on the deck in front while the kids headed to the pool that is just two houses away. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

A great house in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nuthin but a Sea Thang" beach house. We had plenty of space for our two families to hangout and spend time together. There were plenty of towels and linens. The upstairs portion was only accessible via an outside staircase, which was a bit of challenge with young children, but there was an intercom system, which was nice. The outdoor space, neighborhood, and beach proximity was great! My only complaint was that there was no cleaning supplies provided to wipe down tables and counter, which were not wiped down when we arrived. All in all a great stay in a great place.

It worked as a last minute getaway

Unit is listed as 4 bedrooms, but only has 3 bedrooms and an entry/loft when you come inside on the 2nd level. The set up with the upstairs bedrooms being disconnected from the lower level was not great. All-in-all we did have a great time. Very cute house decorations and great set up for entertaining… they gotta somehow connect the 2 levels though..

AMAZING!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family! We had plenty of room, towels, and tons of laughs. The beds were comfortable and everything was perfect! We were very sad the pools were not open for our stay but understand there was nothing that could be done about it.

Terrific house!

We had the BEST time! The house was perfect for our group of adults & teens. We enjoyed grilling outside & sitting in the courtyard people watching. The proximity to the beach & town made exploring easy. We definitely recommend the house for your stay in Port A.

This property is plenty big. The second story acts as a separate living area for friends or other family members. Beautiful community. Very clean.

Perfect Family Getaway

We really enjoy the rental homes in Village Park. This one was a great size and decorated so cute! Great amenities and games in the home! Wish the weather would have been warmer, but we will definitely return again when it’s better weather!

The pictures of the actual property are exactly what you get. Needs more parking and wish you had beach access but other than that it was great. Brenda made check in easy and the Steve the owner came out and fixed a minor issue super quick.
