Bright and Clean! Perfect Labor Day Weekend!

Relaxing until the last day.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. It was relaxing until it rained and then it was crazy. We had rain pouring in from 2 doors and a window, that was the day we were checking out and we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We also had water on the floor the day before but maintenance couldn’t find the source and now we know it came from the door. The rain was pouring in, not fun! Check in was not very informative, we were told our parking spot number and the parking spot was miss numbered which we figured out on our own the next day and they then said they forgot to tell us. We didn’t get a lot of information upon check in about the resort and the elevator to the 3 rd floor was hard for us to find, not clearly marked. In spite of this we did have a relaxing day on the other days . I would still recommend this place but they need to fix the water issues and replace the pillows and the couch wasn’t that comfortable.

The condo was fantastic, the pools were beautiful, the resort has a very relaxing atmosphere. We stayed right in the square and it was a great location to everything. I feel that there could be a few more restaurants, and gift shops. However, the restaurants on site were very good!

Birthday Celebration to Remember

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated our daughters birthday and could not have asked for better home for our group. There were 6 of us and we all felt like we had our own space- so much room to hang out with the downstairs and upstairs living areas. They two balconies with great views to Town Center were perfect, and kitchen is stocked with all the things you would need to make breakfast/lunch and dinner (bowls, pyrex, utensils, etc)The home was clean, beautifully decorated, comforable, and spacious! We hope to stay here again!

My only complaint is the the king bed was not comfortable. Other than that, we loved our stay here and hope to come back soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’d like to start off first by saying overall we had a great time at cinnamon shores in this particular unit! The condo was a newer building, which was nice, and they had everything stocked that you could possibly need! We have a toddler so I appreciated that they had kids dinner plates/cups/utensils and even toys/games/puzzles. Everything was also neatly labeled. However, I have a few complaints. There was 5 of us and only 1 1/2 of us would get to have hot water before it was cold. That was us rushing to shower before it was cold. We were not even at max capacity, so I couldn’t imagine if there was more of us. We stayed at blue serenity last year and had no issues with having hot water to shower with. I called the front desk and they said we would have to wait a little bit for the hot water to come back. When everyone is tired from the beach, nobody wants to wait an hour to then be able to take a warm shower. I hope this issue can be resolved for future families that want to stay at this property. Also, dishwasher pods were provided, however I’m not sure if it was the pods or the dishwasher itself, but the washed plates/utensils had residue on them and were not fully cleaned properly.

Fun Weekend

Reviewer Comments: Great amenities in Cinnamon Shore (pools, one serving food, paths to walk all around the neighborhood), heard and watched live music from our balcony both Friday and Saturday night (not too loud and didn't last long so it wasn't a bother). This townhome entrance is on the third floor. Note that the upstairs bedroom has a door that goes to the outside so if you have kids, etc, note before you book. Beautiful, clean design. Loved the house itself. Kids loved the loft area/bunks where they could hang out and play games/watch TV. Note that it's directly on top of the master bedroom so if they are up late you can hear everything in the master. Gorgeous home with everything you need. The property management could not have been nicer (as always). Loved playing pickleball and basketball (free equipment rental) and loved that you could rent chairs on the beach (and even order from a QR code menu from the beach). Golf cart rental on site makes it super convenient to rent/return.
