Nice place to stay

overall we really enjoyed the stay there. Very nice, very clean. The construction next door is a little annoying but that is not your fault. If you are brining a boat there is enough room to park but if you have additional cars it may be a little difficult. We only had the boat and one car and it was manageable and my boat was 21 ft. Very close to the marina if you are a fisherman. The home is very nice with a lot of additional touches provided by AvantStay Thanks.

Great home for a family getaway with lots to do. Loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals. Only drawback, pool heat component does not work and so really only of use if you go in hot months.

Family Weekend

I’ve stayed all over Port Aransas. The location of this house is perfect. It has a very homey atmosphere and the kitchen is well stocked. The downstairs activities between the fire pit, pool and ping pong table was all used. The house isn’t like all of these new slum lord rentals going up in Port A. It’s well built, well stocked and has very nice furnishings. I highly recommend. We will be back.

Relaxing getaway!

The house was a perfect place for us to relax during our stay in Port A! It was a short drive from the beach and the covered porch downstairs offered a peaceful place to lounge by the pool or play some games. The house was very clean and the living and kitchen area was perfect for hanging out together.

Great Family home!!

The house was beautiful, clean, and well maintained! We enjoyed it very much! The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked! We loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off all the sand then jumping in the pool!

3 generations of Central Texans completely enjoyed our stay. 9 of us were comfortable the entire stay. Rented a golf cart and short 3 min ride to beach. Close to Grocery store. Will definitely be back.

Our first trip to Port Aransas was perfect. The property was nice and spacious and very conveniently located just a short distance from the beach and restaurants. The heated pool was perfect! We really appreciated the space and our communication with Jim was timely, professional and respectful. We’ll definitely be back!

Place was beautiful!

The place and the service was great. The only challenge was the spiders and bugs we encountered. Mainly in the pool and the a few in the house but it was raining and was told that that is a result of rain.

Wonderful Property

The property was laid out very well and conducive to a great time. We really appreciated the plunge pool, ping pong (our favorite) and cornhole outside, as well as all of the board games inside. We had a couple days of rain and these came invery useful.

Don’t want to go to the beach, no problem!

Such a wonderful place for our trip! This was our first family trip after having children so the activities and pool that came with the house were perfect for us when we didn’t go to the beach or wanted to continue the fun after the kids went to bed. We loved having game nights while some dipped in the pool. The location was convenient for each place we wanted to go to on the island! I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be booking Monte Kristeaux the next time we visit!

Beautiful House and Great Location

Our Family and friends really enjoyed the house. It was clean and in a great location to food, shops and other attractions. The layout was good and the interior design of the home felt like a true beach house experience. Highly recommend for those with familys and wanting to be close to everything.

Great getaway within walking distance to local shops!

The house was better than expected. The beach atmosphere/decor made the house very inviting. All the rooms were great and very clean when we arrived. We all had a great time relaxing downstairs by the pool and had fun with the ring/hook game. When we think about coming back, we’ll definitely book here again. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time there like my family did.
