The property was nice. With the exception of the floors not being mopped. If walking barefooted, your feet got very dirty!! And rug in living room needs cleaned or changed. Also can really hear any movement from condo next door or from within your own condo from upstairs. Overall, I wouldn’t probably rent it again because of noise.

Little Beach House

We come to the Island every year the last 42 years and this year was Awesome. Weather included :) Pleased with Little Beach House. Very good location. Close to beach and anything in town. House was very accommodating for our kids, grandkids, and ourselves. Family vacations are so very important. Always a little disheartening how much VRBO fees go up so much every year.

Fantastic Stay!

Very easy to book and locate. Property was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of space to entertain. Loved that we were just a few blocks from downtown PortA, dinning, and the Beach. The pool was stunning and loved by the kiddos and adults. Will be booking again in the future.

Beautiful property near the beach. My sister and I had originally booked for a three night stay to celebrate our birthday. However, it was so lovely we added an additional night. Furnished with everything you could possibly need for dining in and close to restaurants if you chose to dine out.

Great Beach House

Our family of 5, along with 3 friends of our teenage daughters had a great stay. We could have walked to the beach but instead rented a golf cart and it was so much fun driving to the beach and to town because of the convenient location of this house. The house was very clean and comfortable for all 8 of with the kids having their area upstairs. The property manager was always available, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The pool was nice and very convenient to the house. Definitely highly recommend.

Great Getaway

Beautiful, elegant property with plenty of parking room. The outside views from the property weren't great, but that can't really be controlled. The inside (cleanliness and design) more than made up for it and it's only a short 15-minute walk to the beach. The option to rent the property-owned golf cart is super convenient too, because it's already on-site! Communication with the management staff was amazing, as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Blue's Spring Break

My husband and I recently adopted a 7-year-old dog and wanted a quick, spring getaway at a pet friendly place within driving distance of our home in Central Texas. We LOVED our beach condo rental in Port A, which in addition to being pet-friendly, was wonderfully appointed with ample space, great amenities, a fully stocked kitchen, dependable Wifi, and lovely owners (Jim and Chuma), who checked on us regularly via email. Our dog, Blue, had a great time at the beach, and we felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the restaurant/hospitality recommendations Jim and Chuma provided and definitely checked them out! The weather wasn't great, but our vacation rental was awesome!
