Wonderful Experience!

The property was fantastic, having everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and had nice linens. The view into the little bay was beautiful. We loved just relaxing and fishing out back every chance we had. With the abundance of space we plan on coming back again with our kids. I highly recommend!

Beautiful Home with a Beautiful View!

We stayed at the property for a week and loved it. It was newly updated, clean and close to town. Amenities provided such as towels, kitchen, etc. were great. Beds were very comfortable. The view from the deck was so nice. We saw a dolphin one of the days we were on the deck! We will stay here again the next time we visit Rockport. Highly recommended!

Matt was very responsive and helpful by moving the schedule ahead as we requested. The townhome was clean, had everything we needed with a nice view of the bay. The binder with local attractions and restaurants was super helpful. Very relaxing and comfortable stay for a family of 4 adults.

Beautiful townhome with a view to match!!

There were four of us celebrating a milestone birthday. The townhome is in a fabulous neighborhood and is such a great place to have a vacation! We absolutely loved everything about this vacation rental. Matt, the owner, helped with anything and everything. The view from the back was stunning with gorgeous sunsets every evening. There was plenty of room and each room was supplied with clean sheets and plenty of storage. The house was exceptionally clean (in my opinion, one of my most important qualities) and the kitchen was stocked with various items needed for your stay. I can not wait to rent this townhome again.
