Inside, this air-conditioned retreat enjoys an inviting beachy coastal vibe open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room furnished with an extensive sectional and a smart TV with streaming services. The well-appointed open kitchen is a chef's delight with modern appliances, glossy pearl backsplash, and quartz countertops. Extra features include a Keurig coffee maker and a pantry. The primary suite has a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Additional on-site perks include a gas grill on the ground-level patio and a washer/dryer.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
