Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Cinnamon Shores and it did not disappoint. The house was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed the Cinnamon Shores property so much. What I loved most about our stay was you don’t even have to leave to go into town! During such a crazy time to travel right now, Cinnamon Shoes went above and beyond to make our vacation great.

Perfect Vacation Rental for our Group!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Isle Be Back is a beautiful home that accommodated us and two other families perfectly for a summer trip to Cinnamon Shore. The bunk room was great for our kids ranging in age from 3-7. The extra short twins were no issue for the kids. The location of the house is ideal - close to the pool and the beach. The home was clean, well kept, and very inviting for us. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just completed our 4th year of staying at the same rental property. We are very happy with the layout, being a family of 10, it's just what we need and feels like a second home to us. Home is always clean upon our arrival and we enjoy the board walk to the pool that is right outside our door. Can't wait to return next year.

There was an issue with the smoke detector which would go off anytime you used the stove or oven which was annoying. Other than that all was wonderful. Managment at Cinnamon Shore very gracious and helpful throughout the stay.

The only problem we had were the 4 short bunk beds—we have 5 adult size teenagers and we had to make other arrangement for sleeping! It was not told by the person who took my reservations back in February! I did call and see if we could make other arrangements but it was within 30 days so we lived with it! We loved staying by the water—everything else was great—just need to point out not all of 6 bunk beds are adult size—it is in the description but when I reserved I was just told 6 bunk beds and since this was our 9th year to come, I assumed it was like all other bunk beds! This was our first time staying at south and we were great with that!

Great home for multiple families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Isle Be Back was a great home. Very clean and new and you can tell the owners take great care of the place. Our only complaint was that every time we used the stovetop, the smoke detector would go off so we just cooked with the back door and windows open to help prevent that (although it didn't work every time). All around though the home was great with close access to the beach and the pool. This was our first time staying on the south side, and although it isn't yet complete, I have no doubt it will be just as great as the North!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the email I sent you guys yesterday.We completed our stay Sunday at 238 Lakeshore. I'm not sure if yall have a way to leave feedback but we wanted to provide a comment and may do the same via one of the third-party review apps.The brick pavers in front of the house are dislodging from the driveway creating a serious trip hazard. Two of our guests rolled their ankles on this gap. This is a serious safety issue that needs to be looked at.The range gets extremely hot when the oven is on. A toddler could have easily been burned. The Big Chill appliances are neat looking but they have a reputation of running hot.The smoke alarm in the main living room randomly goes off. Mostly just annoying. Not sure if this is a battery issue or what.We lost power during our stay. This is not acceptable even with the ongoing construction.At ~$1,400 per night this was not the experience we expected. Overall the community (north and south) were otherwise enjoyable. I would not recommend staying at this home.

Good time for family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great family vacation and would definitely plan a trip to come back! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our family. I was excited they had a high chair for my little and even the littlest thing was provided down to washing clothes or dishes. Next time I'll remember to bring mosquitos they were aggressive lol. The pool was great and the family thoroughly enjoyed it. I want to give a big kudos to the guy managing the beach rentals, he was so friendly and helpful! On the down side we did run into a couple of issues, the smoke detector was overly sensitive and every time we used the oven and vent it went off so we had to cook with windows and door open, when we went to check in the first time the person I spoke with wasn't very cordial and house wasn't ready for us upon check-in time that was given day prior, lastly there was something broken in upstairs bathroom and called front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it and no one ever came. Then we had issues with ice maker and was told they would bring ice but no one came. Though minor issues thankfully not big enough to stand in way of having a good time.

Love the fact that you can have a reserved spot at the beach with umbrellas and a camp fire with smores if you wish.

Do Not Book Cinnamon Shores South - Construction Zone

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had construction on all three sides of the house and not the experience we were expecting. Boards,nails and trash littered everywhere, tejano music and construction trucks driving up and down the street. I wouldn't suggest staying in South unless you're getting it at a steep discount as it does not have the same charm as the north property.

Always fun but problems

Reviewer Comments: Ice maker didn't work, wine cooler didn't work, smoke alarm went off everytime we tried to cook on the stove or in the oven with no apparent smoke triggering it, master bedroom door didn't function properly opening every 30 min throughout the night letting mosquitos in. We love CS, bought a lot in April, and plan to build, but this experience was not fully what we expected in terms of the overall experience. Loved the home and beach but lots of problems that interrupted our experience.

Wished We Could Stay Forever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting Port Aransas and to experience renting a vacation home in Cinnamon Shore! Isle Be Back was just fantastic! We were so happy with our choice to stay at their new South development. We can’t wait to return to experience the pool that is currently under-construction, but we also took advantage of the heated Keira Pool at North. We basically had the lake, which is directly out the back doors to ourselves. Our 11 year old daughter and 14 year old son enjoyed renting a SUP and fishing from a locally rented kayak as well. We rented a beach cart from their on-site offering, so the boardwalk and beach were within minutes from the house. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The kitchen/family room was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. Grilling on the lake side porch was an added bonus. We were able to eat-in for all meals, whether seated outdoors or in. Hearing the ocean waves crash from the upstairs porch while enjoying locally sourced fresh seafood was just the respite we needed from all that is going on in the 🌎 around us. The property managers offered contact-free checkin and checkout, responded to our questions immediately, and we were well taken care of. Would stay here again! We actually didn’t want to leave—which we believe is the ultimate compliment we could give!
