While the house was beautiful, the advertisement for the property states there are 2 parking spots available. For a house that can occupy 10 people, it would be helpful if there was closer parking than what the management company recommended. Thankfully the hotel let us park at the edge of their lot. Additionally, the host messaged and ask if we needed anything the first full day of our stay, we requested some items that were never received. I am also unsure if the tampon found in the pool was removed. The mattress protector on the pull out couch was stained and a door knob was not well fastened, neither was the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. Lastly, the advertisement states the beach is a 10 minute walk. This is inaccurate as the walk is 20 minutes and you must cross a major road with no crosswalk. This can be dangerous.

My, my. Where do I start. This place is the BOMB! I have traveled extensively; all over the U.S. and Mexico. Parts of Canada and Hawaii. I have been disappointed with various rentals but no disappointments here. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the house. But most impressive to me was the kitchen and how well it is stocked with pots and pans, etc. Every time I looked for a specific utensil or gadget I found exactly what I needed. We did have several issues arise during our stay. These were usually handled promptly. There was an issue with the a/c on our last day that took longer to resolve than I would have liked it to. But looking back I think part of the problem was in the spotty phone reception on the island. (Some guests’ phones worked better than others) I had been messaging management when I should have just phoned them. Both pool areas are beautiful. I could tell the pool water had just the right amount of chemicals. Enough to be effective but not too much. The gas grill was clean and easy to use. And our private outside shower made rinsing-before-entering the house a breeze. The tile floors made for guilt-free dripping swimsuits. If I ever need to book another house on Mustang Island I would definitely stay here again.

Great property, price, and location

The house was clean and well taken care of! Having an onsite pool was a nice addition and came in handy after leaving the beach, it was nice to come back to a nice clean pool. The house was only 2 minutes from all the great stores and food in Port A. I would definitely stay here again.

Our second time staying here. Beautiful place. Our two year old can’t wait to come back to the “blue house”. We enjoyed the beach, and the on site pools and playground. We had wonderful stay!

Amazing House!

Everything was perfect from the pool to the cleanliness of the property! There was a ton of room and internet and cable tv made staying in at night amazing. Beach was right down the street and the outdoor shower helped with making sure sand didn’t get the everywhere. Was able to get quick responses with every question I asked and checkout instructions were extremely easy. Will definitely be coming every year to either this property or any other properties by the host! Thank you!

Loved our stay! Beautiful home with awesome amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. Beautiful pools on property. House was sparkling clean. Decor was colorful and bright, wonderful atmosphere. Excellent communication with property manager. Looking forward to planning another trip!

Family Vacation

We had a great experience. The check in and cleanliness of the house was great. We had two infants, a three year old, and four adults. The house was great for two separate families to stay in. We were not on top of each other at all. The pool/playground was great for our son. We will definitely be back!

Quick refresh before kids go back to school

We enjoyed our trip, the house was comfy & loved the beach vibe, very spacious, beds were comfortable, the kids had a blast on the bunk beds. Kitchen has everything to create any family meals. Host was quick to answer any questions. We will definitely come back soon…
