Beers and Sunshine

Enjoyed our 2nd stay in Port A! Great location to restaurants and short ride to the beach. Pool area is very inviting to swim and grill out. The management company was super helpful for any of our concerns. We would definitely stay again!

This property is amazing. The pool the kids absolutely loved it!! The cleanliness of the property was amazing. My family loved it can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect Getaway

My family of four stayed at this location for three nights in July. It was child friendly, safe, super clean! The pool was maintained very nicely, and provided the perfect setting to make lots of family memories. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

We enjoyed the house. Having a pool to come back to after a day at the beach was fabulous for everyone. It was very quiet neighborhood. Being able to rent the golf cart was wonderful

Great House

The house was the perfect location, a few min from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Sat on the front deck and had a great view of the fireworks at the marina. The pool was like a hot tub and had no pool lights but other than that it was great! We just bought extra bags of ice for the pool to cool it down each day. Would definitely stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay in old Town. It would be nice to have check in a little earlier and the landscapers should have mowed before we got there. The grass was really tall.Over all, I would highly recommend staying there.

You can also enjoy the AC if your looking for a movie day. Its close enough to all the shops but far enough out where you don't have to deal with all the traffic. This is our second year here and look forward to many more.

Relaxing

Great home to vacation at. It’s in an ideal location. The backyard is key to this place. Has covered pool deck with plenty of outlets and shade. The entire property was fantastic and the group loved it. I will warn you, a home is being built next door so at times it can become loud or uncomfortable. Construction workers staring into the backyard as u swim, which new homeowners or guest will be able to do the same. The backyard will have no privacy in the next few months.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

We stayed here for a beach getaway on Memorial Day weekend. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, and loved the fenced yard so our husky could enjoy the space with us. The amenities were very generous (full kitchen and laundry areas with clean appliances, plenty of linens, plus starter packs of essential toiletries and coffee). The air conditioner worked great, and we had plenty of hot water for showers even with five adults in our group. This home is located just a few blocks from the main swimming beach, and is walking distance for lots of shops and restaurants. The New Wave Vacation Rentals team was very easy to communicate with, and sent clear instructions for accessing the property so we were able to get settled in easily after arriving. I would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was roomy and comfortable. Some minor things needing repaired like flooring and kitchen drawers. Could have been a smidge cleaner but it was about what you expect from a rental. Major downfall was the dog poo left in the yard and scooper from previous visitors. The enclosed yard was the deciding factor we had chosen this rental, but was not keen on having to pick up from another guest's dog in order to enjoy it. Messaged the rental company the first night about how to operate the pool lights. They replied timely stating there were no lights in the pool, although we could see the lights in the pool. I responded to their reply raising my concern with the dog poo issue, and never received a reply at all.

Weekend Getaway- with hiccups

Location isn't too far from beach, but need to drive. Walked to Finns restaurant. Neighbors were very loud and up till 3am-ish Friday night. Overall home was spacious and fit our needs inside. Windows are VERY thin and could hear neighbors way too well. We all arrived at dark on a Friday and all the backyard electric was out. The management number says to only call in case of emergency, so we waited till the next morning. They sent a guy over immediately, and we left for beach with him there. Came back at 3pm, no lights out back etc, no note, nothing! Called number and they close at 1 apparently. Left VM & emailed repair form. Couple hours later 2 guys show up and fix so we can enjoy pool & grill outside that night. They did leave us golf cart after 5pm to use- that was nice except we got a ticket when we got off G street! Wished we'd known about that rule- but wasn't told since it wasn't rented typically. Management should of been more communicative, repair men were nice. Very frustrating when only staying 2 nights and didn't get to enjoy 1 night outside on birthday- which was why we rented home with pool & cabana in the first place.
