Beautiful home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful amenities, loved the huge front porch and outdoor dining areas. Great layout for families, our kids loved the board games! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic family vacation rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Blue Magnolia for our daughter’s first birthday with both sets of in laws in tow. The accommodations were so comfortable and they truly thought of everything - from the new beach towels at the back door, the espresso machine, the stocked pantry, google home speakers throughout and even personalized gift mugs - we can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location as so convenient to 2 pools and a fishing pond. Plenty of parking and the house was so nice. Each bedroom had a bathroom and an extra half bath The kitchen was stocked with all you needed. Washer and dryer was nice to have as well. Loved the wrap around porch with swing and outdoor seating too Will definitely recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughters and three grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our week at Blue Magnolia. We found it amazingly stocked, with many thoughtful supplies, from terrific sound systems to games. Our one suggestion was that the fan in the bunk room be reconsidered. We found it too noisy when trying to sleep. We see that it's essential to air flow, but think a quieter version would be better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Magnolia was absolutely wonderful! The home is beautifully decorated and has a design that accommodates everyone very comfortably. The beds and baths are clean and welcoming with upgraded fixtures. The kitchen provides everything you could need including useful staples and first class appliances.. The welcoming gifts were very thoughtful and wonderful keepsakes. The owners truly thought of everything and put a lot of love into the house. I highly recommend the Blue Magnolia!

Family Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Magnolia. It was a great location and very clean upon arrival. The rooms were comfortable and the layout was great. The only suggestion I had is to have better black out curtains. We had three small children in the home and the window shades did not keep much light out. There were also a lot of black flies around the property. I know property management installed fly zappers around the home which we appreciated to control the fly situation. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the property. It was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay there again if we decide to visit Port A. The only problem we had was with getting the dryer working. There was a problem with the dryer vent and it was clogged and the dryer would not work. We had 3 loads of towels wet and were unable to get them to dry. The maintenance was s super slow and even after coming almost 24 hours later, the issue wasn't resolved. we had to go home with all of our dirty towels and laundry which is a huge disappointment and hassle.

MOLDY SMELLING HOUSE

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we automatically noticed the smell of MOLD. We found several areas inside the house where the mold was visible. I called and complained. They sent a guy out who sprayed some stuff s d said it wasn’t mold. My noise immediately started running and didn’t stop till we left. ALL my clothes, suitcase & purse SMELL of mold. I had to rewash most of my clothes & the smell remains. We have been back a week, I aired out my suitcase & purse YET the smell REMAINS. For $800 PLUS a night this is NOT ACCEPTABLE

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Beach Blue in CS South. The house had enough room but had several issues. Mildew, ice maker wasn’t working too well, upstairs master sink water really smells, fans were dirty, lots of flies when we arrived and throughout stay, blankets were dirty, not enough towels and very limited supplies left. The house was basic and could use some tlc!

Port A Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was very good, overall. Our rental unit was clean, in good condition and satisfied virtually all of our needs and expectations. We especially loved the storage spaces throughout the unit (closets, pantry, cabinets, extended driveway etc.); the large spacious bathrooms/showers with each bedroom; and the amenities provided (outside grill, washer/dryer, outside shower, etc.). Our only critique relates to the size of the family/dining room. We found the space in this room (and the furniture for sitting) to be lacking for a unit that sleeps up to 12 individuals. Also, the noise and congestion from ongoing construction in the neighborhood was more of a nuisance than expected, but we did know about this going in.

Nice rental!

The new construction in the area got a little crazy one day as a crane squeezed into our house and another, and even bumped our house. We also had a leak from the master bathroom into the living area. Other than those issues, we would still recommend staying here!

Newer house but not well appointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house location is great and this is a newer home but seems to be missing a few things. We have stayed at four different properties in cinnamon shores and this was the first time we felt the property didn’t have a fully stocked kitchen. All the rooms had what appeared to be commercial carpet samples taped together as a carpet, this doesn’t impact the functionally of the house just not what I have come to expect from cinnamon shores. There also isn’t much seating in the living room which is a challenge for the number of bedroom (we had 4 adults and 5 kids).

Lovely week at Cinnamon Shore South

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in the new section of Cinnamon Shore. We had plenty of room for our family and enjoyed the far less crowded pool and beach area. The new pool is gorgeous! Until South is built out, you are a bit far from activities at north, so rent a golf cart. Also, CS is not doing as great a job keeping the beach clean in South yet, but I'm sure that will improve. Overall, beautiful homeland we highly recommend.
