Had a great stay hear for fishing trip. Place was clean and location was close to food, beach, jetty’s, and bait shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Space with Sweet Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting this specific apartment. Love sitting on the balacony, studying the art on the walls, and the convenience of the shower (instead of a tub). Hubby loves to fish on the private pier at night while I read in the apt.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay in condo A1. We prefer A1 as there is a view on both sides of the balcony. The air conditioner works great, which is always a plus. We always stay at Bay Tree as there are boat slips to keep the boat right on the property, so we don't have to haul the boat in and out of the water every single day.

Comfort, amenities, location etc. were outstanding and TV service is exceptional. We would like to say that the vertical blinds need replacing and the beautiful and comfortable yellow couch could use a deep clean. Apart from that, we love A1 and have reserved again for next year.

One issue we had was that the floor was a bit grimy, leaving indoor footwear a bit blackened. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and we've made plans to return next year.

You never heard vehicular or golf cart traffic because of its location. Enjoyed sitting outside on patio and watching ships and tankers go by. Wife used stackable washer/dryer daily. There were plenty of bath towels and kitchen towels. Would definitely recommend for those that like peace and quiet.

Towel rack fell off wall mount. Loud stomping and moving furniture late at night coming from unit above. Was told cleaning lady was moving furniture to clean .

The set up inside allows for separation of bed and living space. The patio view was nice for a sunset and ships coming to port. The only 2 things I would say is the blinds were broken and did not go down. We had to put beach towels to cover the window above the sink. We did put a maintenance request but did not see it filled during our stay. The other thing to be mindful of is the remote in the bed room could turn on the tv in the living space since they safe a wall. All in all though, this is a nice spot.

It was cleaner this time than last summer but still had ROACHES...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and was reported to office staff again! We booked another week in July for same unit. Please NO ROACHES AND A/C FIXED.
