Boat slip available on request with the condo. Very limited exterior cosmetic repairs ongoing to complex. 95 % complete. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were given the privilege to check in early which was very helpful. Communication with owner very helpful making sure that I was able to enter the unit easily. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.
