Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Heating/cooling in room worked well. Rooms looked a bit older/tired. It was in a noisy area-trains, street noise and thin walls. There was no hair dryer on the bathroom area.

Room needed some work but pretty clean. Bed linens were stained in multiple places but also clean. Staff were nice. Did not like the area at all. I really would not want to stay at any hotel in this area.

Because we booked with Expedia we had to get a refund with them and our friend with the adjoining room paid cash and he was refunded his $ right away…. We however, kept having to call and eventually had to dispute the charge with our Credit card to get our refund…. Also. I believe the reviews we read about the motel were not true! "
