Incredibly kind and accommodating staff. They really made the trip. I booked here as I saw they had a lot of gluten free options and was not disappointed. Every dining option had variety and they were knowledgeable. They also have a great variety of no and zero alcohol cocktails which was a fun surprise. I had a lovely holiday and would absolutely return.

The Hilton Denerau was just one of the best places. There is something for everyone . The activities are varied for kids and adults. There's 9 pools all huge well cleaned. The activity staff are very caring. I think we will book future holidays at the Hilton Denerau

As a 5 stars hotel, the public area toilet should be first important facility to meet your customers. As I can see the the toilet next to the reception, the toilet in the main dining area is so bad, what I can see the broken equipemnt wasn't fixed and wrapped badly. The room service is too slow, the staff is kind but worked too relaxedly. The reception staff couldn't check the booked infos as well when we arrived. The room TV set can't be fixed 100% until we checked out. we deeply believe the management should be approved in future.

Pretty worn and grubby hotel. Old dirty mattresses left by room doors - how nice!! Needs a good refurb. We also booked a beachfront room, they put us in a room by reception behind the pools and restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend staying here - pick one of the others in the area such as the Sheraton.

Considering the rate of $750 AUD per night and the expectations associated with the Hilton brand was very poor It appears the property may be operating without a proper General Manager, as many aspects of the hotel fail to meet Hilton standards: The lobby feels chaotic and disorganized, more like a BUSY BUS STOP than a resort. There is a noticeable lack of luxury décor and high-quality furnishings in both the lobby and the rooms. During check-in, I was assisted by an unfriendly staff member, which is very unlike the warm, genuine hospitality Fijians are known for. I requested a bucket of ice at 6:30 pm, which did not arrive until 10:34 pm—after multiple follow-up phone calls. There is a hole in the bathroom wall/tile that had been covered with tissues. More tissues were stuffed into the ceiling to hold a panel in place. The tea and coffee container in the room was damaged due to water exposure. These issues are unacceptable for a property operating under the Hilton brand. Based on my experience, the hotel more closely resembles a 3-star holiday rental rather than a premium resort.
