Completely remodeled in 2010, this modern, sleek unit has the advantage of 2 Master Bedrooms and an additional Full Bath. One Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, a Full Size Bath, a Flatscreen TV with Direct TV. The second Master Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Bed, Full Size Bath, a Flatscreen TV and Direct TV, as well. Enjoy views of The Mountain from the enclosed sun room and relax in the ample Living Room. Within the Living Room, cozy up to the Wood Burning Fireplace, take advantage of the Free WiFi, watch the Direct TV on the Flatscreen TV/DVD player and dream away on the Queen Sofa Sleeper. The Full Size Kitchen, with all new, modern appliances is apart of the open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the American Eagle High Speed 6 person lift in our village and therefore considered Ski-in/Ski-out; The building offers free WI-FI, heated underground parking, Laundry Facilities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73766 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking.
