Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
That was the most horrific room I have ever seen. Hair and stains on the bed. Cigarette burns on the headboard. A crusty mirror mounted on the ceiling. Filthy pillows. I walked out and let the guy at the counter know. He said it was approved by housekeeping. He wouldn’t even refund me my pet fee of $10 that I gave him in cash. I left. DO NOT EVER STAY THERE!
