Guests enjoy their own private entrance and living space, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay independently. The connected main house may be occupied by other guests, but the accommodations are separate.


Tanglewood Guest Suite offers a peaceful, private setting while remaining conveniently close to Conroe and The Woodlands. Enjoy a quiet country atmosphere away from the busier parts of town, with easy access to I-45, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, entertainment, and local attractions. Lake Conroe is also within easy driving distance. It’s an ideal location for guests who want a relaxing place to stay without sacrificing convenience.


Guests have private access to the entire guest suite, including the bedrooms, full kitchen, living area, bathroom, laundry area, private entrance, and swimming pool.

The guest suite is connected to the main house, but the accommodations and entrances are separate. The U-shaped driveway, designated parking areas, and exterior walkway from the parking area to the guest suite entrance are shared with guests of the main house.

Free on-site parking and convenient self check-in are provided. Please park only in the designated areas provided in your arrival instructions and keep the driveway clear for access by both accommodations.


The guest suite comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with comfortable, thoughtfully arranged living and sleeping spaces.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, a large Smart TV, and provides access to an adjoining bunk room with twin bunk beds—an ideal setup for families traveling with children.

The living room offers comfortable seating and a large Smart TV, creating a great space for relaxing, streaming your favorite shows, or spending time together.

A full kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, along with a full bathroom for your convenience.

Outside, guests can enjoy the swimming pool and peaceful country setting. The guest suite is connected to the main house but has its own private entrance and separate living space, providing privacy while still being part of the larger Tanglewood Estates property.


A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. Free on-site parking is available, with parking areas shared with guests of the connected main house. The property offers convenient access to I-45, making it easy to reach Conroe, The Woodlands, Lake Conroe, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, and local attractions. Uber and Lyft are available in the area, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is approximately 35–45 minutes away by car.


Please note that the guest suite is connected to the main house but has its own private entrance and living space. The main house may be occupied by other guests, and the driveway, parking areas, and exterior walkway to the guest suite are shared.

The second queen bedroom leads to an adjoining bunk room with twin bunk beds.

Pool access is included with this guest suite. There is no lifeguard on duty, and children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.

This is a 100% smoke-free and pet-free property. Smoking, vaping, and marijuana/cannabis use are prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are permitted.
