I had a late check-in (7 PM); the check-in guy was just on his phone and wasn’t very welcoming. The first room he gave me was smelly and when I began examining the room there was hair all on the bed, floor wasn’t vacuumed, and residue on the night stand from what looked like a used condom (using context clues from the open condom packet in the trash can). Went back down stairs and waited about 10-15 minutes before I got serviced for a new room (another guest was waiting, as well, about 15 minutes before me). Out of the three nights I stayed there, two of them was woken up around 6 AM by the fire alarm. Also, the breakfast was not appealing. The only semi decent food they had was the waffle and cereal.
just… why??
There was an open condom wrapper in the trash so I just assumed what this was… There was “clear drips” on the picture frames to the wall next to this.

The hotel has no outside lighting. It felt unsafe parking and walking into the hotel. The elevators and floor we stayed on reeked of weed (to each their own, but the smell is strong and awful). The noise level on the above floor was out of control and made getting a good nights sleep impossible, and woke us up earlier than we had hoped. The maid was mopping the entire downstairs at checkout and made the floors super slippery, terrible timing. I would never stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

No functioning AC in reserved room. No other room was available - 100% booked. Receptionist was friendly but no maintenance/mechanic was on duty or on call, so cancelling our reservation and offering a refund was her only solution. The new hotel was more expensive but was our only choice.

The hotel overall was fine. Not the best but not bad either. Good value with comfortable beds. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Some detail cleaning is needed. The breakfast offered was very minimal. There were eggs, sausage patties, a waffle maker and your normal dry cereal or bagels. No butter to be found. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We’d stay here again if in the area.

Our stay has been good. Our room needed better cleaning upon arrival. It has a bad odor.We couldn't get another double room due to a large group so we had to deal with the smell unfortunately. Our tv doesn't work since arriving. But the comfort is good. I like the quietness of the hotel. They offer breakfast and the coffee is good. It would have been nice to receive a consession or free stay due to the inconvenience. Overall, for the money. Its good.

The property itself was great. The breakfast that was supposed to be ready at 7 AM was not ready at 7 AM and we were in a rush. The things they cooked were frozen and they didn’t cook them all the way before they put them out so they were still frozen. The TV in the room would not work except for scrolling through some channels and it wasn’t a simple task to figure out, but the biggest markdown was because of the food. Also, if you went to the pool, you needed to borrow towels and if you didn’t return the towels, they would charge you a towel fee.

You over booked and we weren't able to get the double bed room that we expected. My poor children now have to sleep on a broken sofa bed. And it was more expensive. Ridiculous!!!I'm furious and not booking through you all again!!!

The hotel claimed that the hotels.com was only to hold the room and that it was not paid in spite of being shown a receipt for payment in full and charged again for the stay. I will have to dispute the double charge with my bank. Please be careful that you are not double charged too. I was told that I do not know what I am talking about. I have been using Hotels.com for well over a decade and this is the first time this has happened to me.The room only had I wash cloth and 2 face towels. No bath towels. Avoid this hotel
