Beautiful location

Beautiful location, very peaceful and relaxing. Our apartment had two bedrooms and a living space, one shower/bathroom which was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, one room had windows but no closet, the other, a window to the living room with a closet. We had continental breakfast the first day, but the space is very cozy. Staff was wonderful. Definitely will return sometime in the future

Relaxing stay , would visit again

Nice, spacious apartments with brilliant view of the river. Quiet and relaxing. Super friendly staff that make the stay special. Pool and fitness was smallish but we did not mind at the end.

a hotel with discrimination

this hotel is beautiful, but the beautiful view was not for me (Asian) i asked for room on 1st floor, but they arranged me room on 2nd floor, which is located at the back of the hotel(like a store room), my room with no view at all, just gave me the impression of discrimination of us (Asian)

Piège à touristes

Très déçus pour le rapport qualité /prix!!!! Nous ne devions pas arriver avant 16h et partir pour 10h, nous avons quitté la chambre à midi ça nous a coûté 20€ en plus des 110€ par nuit!!!! Oui nous étions en tort mais l’hôtel étant vide nous pensions avoir notre temps, surtout que nous n’étions pas informés de ce surplus (sinon on se serait dépêché) sans compter la taxe de séjour : 38,50€ en tout. Hôtel vide mais on nous a mis au dernier étage sous les mansardes ( je vous raconte pas les cognagnes de tête même sous la douche), sans balcon contrairement à ce qu’indiquait les photos!!!!!! La piscine intérieure est minuscule, pas de bain à remous comme indiqué sur le site où nous avions réservé. Enfin le PQ, les mouchoirs et le sopalin sont de qualité plus que médiocres. Piège à touriste !!!!! Un geste commercial concernant les 20€ aurait été le bienvenu surtout dans un hôtel vide !! Vu le standing et le prix, des peignoirs et des chaussons pour la piscine auraient été également les bienvenus!!! On c’est fait avoir, on ne reviendra plus!!!! Dommage.... Y’a plus de 10 ans les prestations n’étaient pas les mêmes, quel dommage pour nous!!! RAS pour le ménage, dames très gentilles et efficaces.

je conseille dans hésiter

Arrivés pour un week end en famille. Tout était propre, le personnel très accueillant et les alentours très beaux. Malgré le froid nous avons pu profiter pleinement du séjour avec promenades, piscine et sauna (un gros plus pour les serviettes a disposition). Bref, un superbe séjour pour un prix plus que compétitif!
