Nous avons passé 10 nuits chez Annick, tout était parfait, rien à redire si ce n'est que notre séjour était fantastique. La situation géographique de la maison est idéale ,dans un quartier très calme proche du centre ville et de la mer .La maison est très lumineuse et zen, avec des baies vitrées sur un extérieur magnifique. Félicitations à Annick pour la diversité et l'entretien de cette végétation. La literie est parfaite et le calme règne pour des nuits apaisantes Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer de superbe vacances. Annick est très agréable et très discrète. En conclusion merci pour tout et nous recommandons bien sur cette location.

The property was extremely comfortable with excellent facilities.

A delightful property situated within walking distance of a lovely beach and well situated for amenities such as shopping, restaurants and activities. The owner, Annick was very friendly and helpful. The house was spotless and well organised, with a very well-equipped kitchen. The garden was well cared for and secure for young children. I would highly recommend this property.

Maison située dans un lotissement proche du centre. Propre et fonctionnelle, avec un agréable jardin. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu pleinement profiter de notre séjour en raison de nuisances nocturnes ayant perturbé notre sommeil ainsi que celui de nos enfants — sans doute liées à des voisins peu accueillants. Par ailleurs, la qualité de la literie n’était pas à la hauteur

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönem Haus

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, eine Oase mit durchgehend Sonne und absolut ruhig. Bis nach Concarneau und zur Ville close läuft man über einen Fuß-und Radweg ca. 30 Minuten. Annick ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, wir würden sofort wieder bei ihr Urlaub machen.

Super séjour

Notre hôte était incroyable, extrêmement gentille, disponible et attentionnée. Sa maison est très belle et fonctionnelle, en particulier la chambre du bas. Il ne manquait rien à notre séjour si ce n'est un peu de soleil à Locronan. Vraiment top, ! Je recommande à 300%!!!

Concarneau chez Annick.

Très belle maison, avec tout le confort et le nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Le quartier est hyper calme et, que dire sur ce petit coin de verdure intérieur, aménagé avec goût, tout en laissant la part belle à un petit côté sauvage et naturel. L'océan et le centre ville situés à distance d'une simple ballade digestive et vous avez là tous les ingrédients pour profiter de Concarneau et ses alentours. Et ce joli package ne serait pas complet sans y ajouter, l'accueil chaleureux et la bienveillance d'Annick, qui, en toute confiance, nous offre sa maison préparée comme pour recevoir des amis. Pour tout ça, grand merci Annick.

Une location au top !

Notre séjour dans la maison d’Annick Dufleit a été un grand moment de bonheur familial. La maison est formidable : moderne, fonctionnelle, spacieuse, lumineuse, très bien équipée (en tout point conforme à la description) et très soignée. La propreté est irréprochable ! Le jardin est un ravissement pour les yeux et la détente ! Annick est très accueillante et prévenante. Ses conseils pour découvrir Concarneau et ses environs se sont révélés très précieux. Le petit chemin forestier (splendide) juste derrière la maison amène à la plage ou en centre ville en quelques minutes. Qu’on aime le farniente sur la plage, les sports nautiques ou la randonnée (petite, moyenne ou grande randonnée), tout le monde trouvera son bonheur ! Bref, tout est parfait et je recommande la maison d’Annick. Mieux, nous y reviendrons 😊

Wunderschönes Domizil mit bezauberndem Garten

Annick, die Gastgeberin ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Alle Formalitäten der Anreise und der Abwicklung des Aufenthalts waren absolut unproblematisch. Wir haben das Objekt bereits zum dritten Mal gemietet und waren stets begeistert. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll mit bequemen Möbeln eingerichtet und hält alles bereit, was man auch von zu Hause gewohnt ist. Der Garten ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll angelegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Garten- und Aussenmöbel sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und in die Stadt sind es nur wenige Minuten. Jederzeit wieder!

Das Haus ist modern aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Betten waren gut und es gab genug Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern.. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gut ist der an die Küche angrenzende Wirtschaftsraum mit zusätzlichem Kühl-und Gefrierschrank.Der Garten ist sehr schön und nicht einsehbar. Die Schlüsselrückgabe durch einen Freund ist ohne Probleme erfolgt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Beste, das wir bisher gefunden haben.: Eine herzliche Vermieterin, die nicht nur bei technischen Fragen immer ansprechbar war Ein mit allem nötigen Komfort ausgestattetes, freundliches Haus mit einem wunderschönen gepflegten Gartem. Ein super Lage , von der aus alles gut erreicht werden konnte. Ohne Abstriche nur positiv und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Annick.

Une maison idéale pour un séjour dans le Finistère Sud

La maison de Mme Dufleit – très bien située à Concarneau dans un quartier calme, mais près de tout – est parfaite pour une grande famille en vacances. Nous étions huit personnes (grands-parents, parents et enfants) et chacun d’entre nous a été pleinement satisfait de son séjour. Les pièces sont lumineuses, l’entretien est impeccable, et il est difficile de quitter le jardin tant on s’y sent bien. La qualité de l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mme Dufleit ne gâchent évidemment rien! C’était un plaisir de faire sa connaissance, et nous recommanderons chaleureusement cette location à nos amis en Suisse. Merci encore et à bientôt!

Superbe séjour

Cette semaine de vacances dans la propriété d’Annick fut sublime. La maison est très agréable, le jardin tout autant (et riche en menthe pour nos amatrices) et la plage ensoleillée à deux pas. Annick est une hôtesse extrêmement sympathique et prévenante. Elle est particulièrement méticuleuse pour ce qui est de la propreté et de l’hygiène, aussi bien des pièces que des ustensiles, de la literie et du linge (ce qui n’est pas si courant malgré la période que nous traversons). Bref, nous conseillons vivement cette location (à condition de nous laisser quelques semaines pour y retourner ;) )

Excellent séjour. Accueil très convivial de Mme Dufleit qui n'hésite pas à partager toutes les informations nécessaires afin de passer un très bon moment ou à indiquer les endroits magnifiques à découvrir dans cette très belle region. Maison idéalement située à proximité de plusieurs départs pour des randonnées, de la voie verte et des commerces. Elle est également très agencée, très lumineuse, très confortable et très propre. Tout est mis à disposition pour en profiter pleinement, matériel de cuisine, électroménager, couchage , coin lecture , vidéo, hi-fi, wifi et même des vélos. Cerise sur le gâteau, le jardin qui est très paisible, superbement aménagé et invite tout simplement au repos et à la zenitude. En résumé une excellente adresse à garder précieusement pour un prochain séjour dans le Finistère.

Ruhiges und sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Eine sehr freundliche und umsichtige Vermieterin hiess uns willkommen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Durch grosse Fensterfronten öffnet sich das Haus in einen sehr liebevoll angelegten Garten, was wiederum in den Räumlichkeiten zu einer grosszügigen und positiven Atmosphäre beitrug. Für den Haushalt ist alles vorhanden, insbesondere viel Kühlmöglichkeiten. Wir wollten die Umgebung erkunden, aber auch in die Stadt und an den Strand. Dafür war die Lage ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Rundreise Bretagne Aug 2019

Ein voll eingerichtetes Einfamilienhaus, das jeden Komfort bietet. Toll fanden wir den Hauswirtschaftsraum, in dem wir alle Vorräte und die leeren Gepäckstücke unterbringen konnte. Ausserdem ein toller und grosser, abgeschlossener Garten , der für uns perfekt war, weil wir mit Hund unterwegs waren. Bäckerei zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar, ein grosser Supermarkt in 1,6 km. Die Stadt und der Strand lassen sich auch erlaufen, braucht aber seine Zeit. Zur Begrüßung hat Frau Dufleit mit Tipps zur Gegend geholfen und uns auch die wenigen Stellen, an denen man mit Hund ans Meer kann, genannt. Ebenso hat sie für dir Besucher umfangreiches Informationsmaterial bereitgestellt. Eine sehr warme und überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben von Concarnau aus viele Ausflüge ins Finistiere unternommen. Eine wunderschöne Woche mit vielen tollen Erinnerungen. Vielen Dank Mme Dufleit Und liebe Grüsse aus Südbaden

Wundervoller Garten zum Entspannen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr modern und ansprechend, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war sehr einladend und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Es war ein entspannter und sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.
