Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great experience with Frio River Vacation Rentals. Missy was a joy to deal with. We visit the Frio River every year. We had booked Paloma Linda for last spring but Covid caused a change of plans. We were allowed to postpone the visit to this year without losing our deposit. Customer service is why we will continue to book our Frio vacations through Frio River Vacation Rentals. Paloma Linda is in a very nice and quiet gated neighborhood. We fed the deer every day with corn, were able to walk to the River which was across the street. The only hiccup was the dishwasher but that will be an easy fix.

Needs a lot of love

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very disappointing. We have been coming to the Frio for years and this is the worst house we have ever stayed in. And on top of that we paid over our budget thinking we had our own private walk way to the river but in fact we had to walk across the street and walk through someone else’s yard to the river which is very misleading due to the info on the website. The washer smelled horrible- the dryer took 2 hours to dry one small load- the refrigerator selves were broken- floors were disgusting- food smeared all of the the dinning room table when we arrived- shower doors broken- SMELLED LIKE SEWAGE INSIDE AND OUT. This house is way over priced for the quality.

I was under the impression that the home was right on the river however it was across the street with access by walking through another property. Other than that it is a fantastic place to stay.
