I made a reservation through Hotels.com and when I arrived, he told me there were no more rooms and that Hotels.com would give no money back. He was very rude and he acted as if he didn’t care because he was texting on his phone while checking in other customers while telling me there were no more rooms.

There is no pool. Just a random yard of fake grass over cement. They do not clean this place & you'll get 1 towel for multiple people. Flat mattress & flat pillow. Ice bucket was so dirty it looked like someone puked in it but the ice machine didnt work anyways. Theres roaches every where in all the rooms & our employees room had obviously flooded it was so badly reeking of mildew & the tiles were messed up from the mildew & water damage. Owner said there was no smell but it will literally make you sick it was so bad. The shower was disgusting & you felt dirtier after the shower than before. This place should be shut down its that bad. Only positive was the nice lady who checked us into the hotel, she was friendly.

There was hundreds of roaches in the room. A lot of dirt. Trash in the trash bin in the room. Smells like sh… It was the worst motel in my life. I did not wanted to stay there. The Indian man declined the refund. At all. So I just spent my money for nothing and booked one more hotel nearby. NEVER stay there!
