The pool was disgusting. The bottom of the pool was covered in algae. There was heavy rain during our stay but the algae was there before the rain. The house is 3 floors and the temperature was very different per floor. The house was full of flies and the trash containers outside had not been cleaned and was half full of trash so you were attacked by a terrible smell and flies. We left a day early and the property manager offered us a 250 refund which we have not received.
