This was the worst stay at a hotel ever for me and my family! THE HOTEL FALSE ADVERTISED! IT IS NOT COVID-19 SAFE SO BE VERY CAREFUL! I'm very glad my daughter and I are VACCINATED but my 7-month old Grandson is NOT! STAFF & GUESTS were in PUBLIC AREAS with NO MASKS on when the hotel and website says that MASKS are to be worn in PUBLIC AREAS! So that was crazy! We stayed in the room because we can't take any risks in contracting COVID-19 OR 1 OF THE VARIANTS FROM SOMEONE who could be staying AT THE HOTEL and is A-sympathetic! The room had stains on the carpet and peeling wallpaper. The furniture needs to be reconditioned and the beds were very uncomfortable, too soft and lopsided! The pillows went flat as soon as you layed your head on them. It took all 4 pillows to do the job of 1 pillow! I wish i would've brought my pillow with me instead. When the a/c was on it had a smell of animals probably because they don't change the filters or clean them too often or at all! I'm very Allergic to dogs and cats so my Allergies were actually acting up during my stay. Glad I had my meds with me! 1ST NIGHT: Kiids were running around banging on guests door and running @ 1AM and again @ 2AM they scared us and woke up my Grandson! I was very upset and the night desk person didn't even know which guest the kids belonged to or the room she said. #WorstStayEver

Tamela, Thank you for you review. We take our guest safety very seriously. all of our staff members are fully vaccinated. Our local ordinance no longer requires mask to be worn in public areas, we do however respect each individuals choice to choose to mask or not. I'm sorry you didn't find your bed comfortable, we actually installed brand new beds just a few months ago. Hampton Inns began accepting pets on April first and we have put in place measure to clean and check filters on a month basis to include full room wipe downs with Mr Clean and spic and span products.

My first room had bedbug! 2nd room heater went were ever it wanted tub wouldnt hardly drain furniture was tore up clock didnt work right.the owner of this property an maintenance should look for other jobs. My daughter srruggled with flooded floor an heayer in hers. We wont be back.

It was dirty. No hot water. Staff member at breakfast was rude. Asked for a receipt at checkout. Staff member said since it was reserved through travelocity they could not print one
