Extremely Disappointing

Pros: The bed!
Cons: There is a lot that could be improved!
From the very beginning the lady at the front desk was extremely rude! She gave my fiancé issues when trying to check in. We had requested a non-smoking room as soon as I walked into the room it smell of smoke/musky. Also, the room we had requested was supposed to have a hot tub. This was a complete disappoint to find that it was just a bathtub with jets. That looked as though had never been cleaned. Also, while trying to sleep we got woken up by room service! We didn't appreciate that what so ever seeing as we had both been up late the previous night. The electronics in the room was really out date and didn't work well at all! They had light switch and wall outlet issue. Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing! We will definitely not be going back!

Keep looking-you get what you pay for

The non-smoking room stunk like smoke, the place looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, there was mold in the bathroom on the curtain and on the floor. There was a large hole in the wall and the smoke detector was hanging loose from the ceiling. The security deadbolt was coming out of the door. I could go on but you must get the picture by now. The replacement room was not that much better. The pool was empty and filthy. Two of us got food poisoning from the "free" breakfast. Keep looking, you can do a whole lot better. We asked for our money back but only got an "apology." They say they are renovating but even a renovated place must be cleaned.

Stay somewhere else !

Not even up to Days Inn standards. Was not clean. I can handle old and run down, which it is ,but there is no excuse for it not being clean.

Not pleased!

OK, so its a Days Inn so not expecting the Ritz. However, I chose this hotel due to low funds but also due to promised renovations. NO renovations. Worst of all - not clean. Debris on floor, bath very dirty, used washcloths left in bath upon arrival. No jacuzzi tub, no recliner, no DVD/VHS player as promised.
