We had a great stay. The room was spacious. The bed more or less comfortable (too soft of a mattress for my taste). And the location is amazing. Close to everything and QUIET!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the central train station and Cologne Cathedral. Despite its peaceful surroundings, it is conveniently close to restaurants and supermarkets. The family room was spacious and reasonably priced. It was located in the adjacent building, with access involving a few stairs, although an elevator was available. Our only minor inconvenience was a delayed check-in, as the room was not ready on time. The hotel kindly offered complimentary drinks while we waited, which was a thoughtful gesture. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their excellent hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.

Still annoyed that PI need us to ask every day if we want the room cleaned - but the location was good, room comfortable and felt safe. The staff were helpful
