In the heart of downtown Colmar, just steps away from Little Venice and in the immediate vicinity of the "old customs square", the DOLLFUS apartment (80m²) welcomes you in a modern and pleasant setting. Ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or work. With its 2 bedrooms and bathroom, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.



It consists of:

a living room/dining room space with an equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, washing machine),

A single bed in the hallway between the living space and bedrooms,

a room with two single beds

a room with a double bed,

a bathroom with bathtub,

a separate toilet,



The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator. There are 2 steps between the elevator and the apartment.



The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.

The public Montagne Verte parking is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

You have the option to book private parking spaces within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.

Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.



House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

This rental in Colmar was exceptional. The location in old town was perfect for accessing the many restaurants and shops. The unit was spacious, so clean and very well equipped. The elevator was a bonus for our heavy baggage. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wishing a perfect stay in Colmar.

Nice appartment in center of Colmar

We had a very pleasant stay in this appartment. The description on the website is accurate. Rooms were very clean. The apartment is rather spacious and the fully equipped. The apartment is right in the center of the old city of Comar. The apartment does not have a balcony, so if you want to have a drink then you have to go to one of the terraces downstairs.

We enjoyed our visit in Colmar. The apartment was very good and well equipped. Everything was within easy walking distance. The little grocery downstairs and patisseries nearby were lovely. Very quiet at night for our stay (6 Nov -11 Nov).

Saubere, schöne Wohnung in toller zentralen Lage. Gut eingerichtet und geräumig. Leider sind keine Parkplätze mehr entlang der Fußgängerzone verfügbar. Dies sollte in der Beschreibung geändert werden. Ein r Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist notwendig und in der Nähe verfügbar. Die Vorabkommunikation mit dem Anbieter war leider lediglich auf Französisch. Dies war unglücklich sonst alles prima.

Much space in a clean and very well equipped flat

We enjoyed our trip to colmar. Flat was well equipped and clean. Communication was good and keys were available as instructed in sms and email. French knowledge is an advantage. The parking slot was some 100 meters away. So was a little tricky/ sporty to get all our stuff to the flat with a small kid. But we managed it and recommend the flat for others as well.
