The perfect getaway for 2 people, in this very cozy and relaxing place just 50 meters from the beach of Port D'Avall in Collioure.
The air-conditioned 60m2 duplex apartment has a bedroom and two bathrooms.
A closed garage is available 150 meters away.

On the third and top floor without elevator of a typical fisherman's house in Faubourg.
The apartment will enchant you with its impressive panoramic view of Collioure Bay from the living room.
In the quiet of a pedestrian alley paved with schist, while being 50 meters from the beach of Port D'Avall, its location is ideal to enjoy the real Colliourencque life.
