Completely renovated, fully equipped, air conditioned and very comfortable for 6 people.
With private and closed garage accessible for medium size vehicle (contact us).
Otherwise possibility of paid parking with reasonable weekly fee nearby.
Beach 150 m (gently sloping, ideal for children), direct access without road to cross.

A great short stay in Collioure

Christophe and Muriel’s apartment is lovely - beautifully furnished, clean, modern, but with individual, colourful, decor. Immaculately clean, good bedrooms and living room, well-equipped kitchen and key supplies. In a quiet area, just a short distance from the front and beaches.

Un logement au top!

Tout était parfait. Accueil très chaleureux, les propriétaires étaient présents à notre arrivée avec leurs bons conseils. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, rien n'y manque. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 malgré une météo pluvieuse (Eh oui plutôt rare à Collioure). Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner et recommandons sans aucune réserve ce logement.

Vraiment super à recommander

L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme et à 100 m de la plage, la climatisation est parfaite, les lieux sont impeccablement propres et désinfectés covid après chaque séjour, les propriétaires ont placé tout le nécessaire sur place jusque les épices dans la cuisine et des dosettes de café, et une bouteille d'eau au frais ce qui fait bien plaisir après la longue route ! Tous ces petites attentions en font un séjour sans aucun soucis, Attention si vous avez une voiture longue, demander la place de parking sécurisée au bout de la rue, le garage est petit. Le propriétaire s'occupe encore une fois de tout ! Bref en un mot : impeccable !

Muy bien distribuido, luminoso, bien decorado y acogedor. Situado en una zona muy tranquila , muy cerca de la playa y del centro de Collioure. Los propietarios fueron muy amables y atentos Sin duda repetiríamos la experiencia .

Superbe appartement et très bieb situé

Cet appartement est parfait pour un séjour court ou long à Collioure avec des enfants. Il est très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien. Le garage même petit est un plus non négligeable à Collioure. Situation géographique parfaite! Je recommande vivement cette location au plaisir d'y revenir pour un autre séjour.

Geräumiges Appartement in guter Lage

Schick eingerichtetes Appartment, komplett ausgestatte Küche, freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Kurze Wege zu Lebensmittelladen und Bäcker. Stadtstrände und Restaurants ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Garage ist nicht nutzbar. Normaler PKW -BMW 318- kann nicht eingeparkt werden, weil das Fahrzeug zu lang ist und ein Einfahren in die Garage nicht möglich ist. Aber es wurde ein Ersatzparkplatz angeboten, Kosten 30 Euro/Woche. Ansonsten alles Top.

Comme dit dans le titre l'appartement est trés jolie décoration soignée mention spéciale a la cuisine qui est juste superbe et la chambre noire magnifique. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants l'appartement est spacieux. Je recommande cette location. Cordialement Famille Lesourd

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Sa situation géographique permet d’accéder à la plage en 2 minutes. Bien équipé pour cuisiner. La Wi-Fi très appréciable. Une bouteille de Banyuls à notre arrivée montre l'attention des propriétaires pour leurs locataires. c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons l'année prochaine. merci Muriel et Christophe. bien cordialement Carol et Olivier

Très bien aménagé

Accueil chaleureux par Nathalie et cadeau de bienvenue de la part de Muriel et Christophe. Nous sommes passés entre 2 vagues d'intempéries et avons bien profité de la situation proche du centre ville si bien que la voiture, hormis les excursions plus lointaines, est restée au parking réservé par les propriétaires (oui le garage n'est accessible qu'avec une petite voiture surtout que le lave-linge y est installé). Nous avons tout de même eu très chaud sous le toit et le petit climatiseur mobile a bien du mal à refroidir plus que le séjour. La situation est bien abritée par rapport à la route principale et le calme est bon hormis la terrasse de l'excellent restaurant "le Jardin de Collioure" située juste en dessous (nous recommandons) qui fort heureusement cesse toute activité relativement tôt. Suggestions à Muriel et Christophe : pour encore améliorer le confort et si cela vous est possible, une vraie climatisation fixe pour les 3 pièces principales et remplacer la baignoire par une cabine douche (ce qui permettrait d'installer le lave-linge dans la salle de bain).

L'appartement est très bien dans son ensemble. Très agréable. Il y'a juste le réfrigérateur trop petit pour 6 personnes et la douche pas pratique pour les grandes personnes (> 1,80m).

Appartement très apprécié ,tout correspond à ce que nous attendions au vue des photos::état general ,équipement ,localisation proche plage et commerces . A cela s'ajoute des propriétaires fort sympathiques ..... Tout justifie les 5 étoiles . Nous avons du nous priver d'un mois et demi de vacances mais je n'étais pas assuré du diagnostique me concernant Cordialement
