They have the long building, if you need to exit, you need to take long walk. Their walls are not noise proof, even TV sound makes uncomfortable to other rooms. Security came in mid night, told us to reduce the volume(actually the volume was in low). To be mentioned, they charged 11 dollars extra on top of what i paid through expedia. Never experience taking extra money for maintenance.I still don’t get wht the money we paid is for( don’t they cover all). Overall experience ok, not awesome.

Everything was great except the fact that the thermostat was locked at a certain temperature. It wouldn't let me drop it below 20 degrees C. The room got hot at night and the fan wouldn't come on to cool the room.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I typically stay at Livingstone Water Resort and Spa but I wanted to try the Golf Resort. The pictures were gorgeous and once I booked and paid, I received the email that the entire building was under construction. It was a mess and the place smelled. Not at all happy.

Lacklustre Customer Service

Had an issue right away as the room we were put in was not the room shown on hotels.com. They advised that picture is from their sister property. Also the shower curtain was a foot too short and water flooded the bathroom floor and my clothes got all wet. Front desk customer service was not good and they didn’t want to take responsibility for the issue. They did switch us rooms which was nice but the room was much smaller and wasn’t the premium room I paid for. This was all very frustrating considering we were staying at this hotel because we had no hydro for 5 days and needed some warmth.
