Everything was great. I was pleasantly pleased and surprised with this Hyatt. The staff, even the maintenance men were very nice and treated us with respect. The breakfast was great and fresh. I honestly cannot think of a single thing to complain about with this Motel which is very unusual for me because I always find something to wine about. LOL

At first glance, this was a nice, clean hotel. Christopher, who worked at the front desk, was SO NICE and an absolute JOY to interact with!! He was so helpful during my stay. He went above and beyond! My biggest complaint— BUGS. I found at least one bug in my room everyday. Spiders and Roaches!!! That’s unacceptable. The room felt a bit stuffy and humid. There’s no working fan in the bathroom. As much as I enjoyed sitting on the patio at night and my pleasant interactions with Christopher— I don’t plan on returning to this hotel.

Hyatt House BCS

The stay at the Hyatt House Bryan/College Station was good. The breakfast was good too. Staff is friendly. We had an extended stay up to 5 days. Because of an extended stay, the room was not cleaned everyday, but on the 3rd day. Another words it was once we there and on the day we left. Hygiene and cleanliness are not a top priority. This should be a top priority especially in a public place. We had to ask for extra hand and bath towels. We will not be staying at the Hyatt House anymore.
