The staff was excellent. There were no towels or linens I had to go to the office and pick them up. I bought a muffin that had mold on it, but the desk staff replaced it ASAP.

Solid renovation, nice stay

Newly renovated, my room was wonderful for the price, but there are always little things that construction people Miss, some details that were not fully well done, but those were only in corners and in a bunching of the carpet, but everything was new and freshly painted and well spaced out. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options with 2% milk to pour in and not much more. There was a coffee carafe that barely output anything when you push down so you have to push it down 10 times to get out 6 ounce cup, which is all they provided. Overall, definitely would stay here again, gave it a solid, four stars, and do recommend. A few extra breakfast options or something hot and the details in the room being finished would’ve made this a five star.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the toilet was rubbing and very loud throughout the night and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. It was decent for the price, snd the breakfast was a nice bonus.

Felt unsafe and the beds were nasty and stained. Not a good place for women to stay. Checked out right away as soon as I saw the room and location. Lost our money for the first night which I was ok with. Got a refund for the second night but they are holding our deposit. They said it would take up to 20 day on cash app but the next day I had been refunded the second night. I’m waiting for my deposit.

The Keep Awake Hotel

If you want an air conditioning that feels like and sounds like it wants to keep you up a night. This is the right place for you. It doesn’t stop there, complain to the management and they would be more than happy to tell you that the maintenance guy is out for the day and when pressed comes by to tell you that that’s how they should sound. The man had the confidence to keep chewing an unknown substance at the counter and also not be welcoming at all in the same time. When asked to switch rooms, the idea is there are no rooms available but you can find one to book online. I guess, the multiverse does exist and you can find a room in the void. If you have a child who has an important event the next day and you think keeping them awake at night is the best way - please book at this hotel. I left immediately. Forgot to mention, the hotel has a fresh set of paint and I now understand what it looks like when you embalm a hotel.

We opened the sleeper sofa and the mattress was stained. We pulled the comforter off the king bed to cover it and the comforter had stains on it. Went to take a shower and the shower curtain was dirty. The stair wells were dirty.
