Comfortable Escape - Pool w/ Slide & Hot Tub, Great for Families & Groups

The Whitehouse is located in central College Station~ 2.7 miles from Kyle field.

The house is a super comfortable, cozy, 4 bedroom 2 bath in College Station's Southwood Valley neighborhood. The spacious open floor plan with adjoining living room, dining room/kitchen, set up makes it the perfect place to entertain. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you'll want, and all the cooking utensils (plates, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware etc.) you'll need. In addition, it's stocked with spices and basic condiments.

The house is well equipped and has all the things you need for your stay (linens, towels, etc.) There are 2 queen sized "aero beds" if you need additional sleeping quarters with ample room to set up in the living room.

WiFi INTERNET / WIRELESS SPEAKERS / STREAMING

There is fast WiFi internet for guest use. In the living room, we also have an 85 inch flat screen SMART TV and every bedroom is equipped with a SMART TV (you can stream your own Netflix, Pandora, etc. or use ours: Netflix, YouTubeTV, Hulu, HBO and more)! We also have a wireless speaker (portable!) to jam poolside!

ABOUT THE ROOMS:

There are 4 total bedrooms that sleep a total of 8. Three bedrooms have king sized beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen murphy bed. In addition, there are also two queen sized aero beds for additional sleeping quarters. We have had a lot of fun decorating our home and we hope you enjoy them too! We are still working on some of the rooms and giving them each a personality takes time- so please hang with us until they are all redone!

POOL / HOT TUB / PATIO AREA

The nicely lit backyard has a super deep (10-ft) pool with a diving board and a slide. Kids and adults also love the water volleyball and water basketball nets that are setup and ready to go! The hot tub sits 8 people comfortable and has powerful jets. Both the pool and hot tub are managed by a pool company and serviced every week. The spacious, grassy yard is the perfect spot to run barefoot and play frisbee and other games. There is also a stone-paved patio with an outdoor dining table with a BBQ propane grill and smoker-both ready for use.

PARKING/AMENITIES:

There is plenty of onsite driveway parking available (4-5 cars) Plus there is plenty of street parking as well. There is also an onsite washer & dryer.

HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENTS:

Rates will vary during holidays/peak times such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Football Season etc.

ABOUT THE HOME & NEIGHBORHOOD
There is a walking trail (one driveway away) that follows along a stream and leads to a park with a fishing pond, basketball courts, baseball/soccer field and a playground.
