The location is perfect to Kyle Field literally a few minutes drive. Upon arrival we felt safe due to noticing the outdoor security cameras. The owner/ host answered all of my questions promptly. The only draw backs are due to cleanliness and part of location. When we arrived I noticed a musty smell in the apartment. I noticed the vents in the master room and bathroom had noticeable amount of dust that extended to the ceilings. When I pulled back the blankets in master hair was on the sheets. In the bathroom it was on the walls and in the tub. The sponge to clean our dishes with was obviously used and we were left with no trash bags in the bathrooms. Luckily we went to the store and was able to use those. Lastly just an FYI when you step out on the terrace first thing you will notice is the sewage waste water plant. When we arrived the smell outside was just different. It is more noticeable at night. We didn’t spend much time at the apartment but we definitely couldn’t sit outside on the terrace because it is literally on the other side of the fence.
