Handicap bathroom for my wheelchair sister did not have a walk-in shower. Sink height for wheelchair was not ADA. She could not shower as a result. Rooms were not ready at check-in. Understaffed and staff was trying to accommodate unhappy guests. This used to be a first rate place but has really fallen.

We had a good overall stay. Our only issues we getting the satellite tv to work and the AC did keep the room as cool as we would have liked. We had to fiddle with the wires for the tv per instructions from the front desk and got it working.

I loved that there is coffee available 24/7! I drink coffee all the time and I wasn’t limited to the tiny pot in the room.
