This crossing accommodation of approximately 45 sqm overlooks the beach from its large terrace shaded by an electric awning. Its outdoor dining area promises beautiful evenings under the colors of the sunset. The entrance opens onto the living room and its bay window facing the sea. The kitchen, furnished with a dining table and chairs, is open to the living room, and a beautiful view from its window overlooks the boats of the Marina. The spacious, air-conditioned bedroom opens onto the terrace and is furnished with quality bedding in 160 and a wardrobe. The mezzanine offers 1 sleeping space above the living room. A beautiful walk-in shower is in the bathroom. The toilet is separate.
