In town for fair gounds conference

Interior was just like pictures on listing. The home was very clean. A very nice place for adults to relax after long days at the local fair grounds. Location of home was very close to stores, fair grounds, and restaurants. Very glad we booked and stayed! Not recommended for stays with children- glass coffee table and stairs are steep. Owners responded very quickly when we had questions about the home. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Coeur d’Alene

Had a great stay in this townhome with two adults and six teenage boys. Place was super comfortable and very clean. We especially enjoyed using the fire table after a long day taking in the activities in the area. There were even a couple of kayaks and an air hockey table in the garage! Great place. Would stay again!

Great house for big group.

House was well maintained and very clean. Had a nice modern feel to it. Bedrooms were good size and comfortable. Vadim was very easy to contact if I had any questions and would respond very quickly. Only problem I had was in the master bedroom, some of the windows didn’t have blinds on them so it was super bright by 6am. If you’re a early riser then no problem at all! I would stay again if we’re ever back in the CDA area.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY!!!

The owner was beyond outstanding and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures and looks brand new, professionally decorated and has a two-car garage. No necessity has been overlooked! The entire family loves the place and the ambiance made our vacation!

Perfect Vacation Rental

The property was beautiful, in immaculate condition, and felt spacious yet cozy. It was tastefully designed and only a few minutes from all the restaurants and lake activity. Vadim, the property manager was amazing to deal with. My family is very picky, and everyone was extremely happy with the accomodations. We would absolutely stay here again!

Immaculate Property!

This was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and nicely stocked with amenities. There was plenty of parking for cars, but not for a boat. I’d definitely recommend it to friends!
