Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each offer a cozy queen-size bed, making them ideal for couples or friends seeking a restful night’s sleep. For larger groups or families, Bedroom 4 is a fun and inviting space with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, accommodating up to four guests. This playful setup makes it perfect for children or extra guests, adding to the cabin’s welcoming charm. With its versatile configuration, this cabin comfortably sleeps up to ten guests, making it the perfect getaway for family reunions, friendly gatherings, or relaxing vacation retreats.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN

The full-size kitchen, equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, provides everything needed for effortless meal preparation, from quick snacks to gourmet dinners. ENTERTAINMENT ROOM
A vibrant space that promises hours of fun and relaxation! This inviting area features a large TV, perfect for enjoying movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The large deck offers ample space for relaxation and gatherings, allowing you to soak in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the picturesque scenery. With expansive windows in the cabin, natural light floods the interior, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on the deck or simply unwinding under the stars, this outdoor space is designed for unforgettable moments amidst the tranquility of nature. GRILL POLICY & OUTDOOR COOKING
While we know that grilling under the big Western sky sounds like the perfect way to end a day of adventure, we currently do not have a grill on-site. The Wapiti Valley is known for its sweeping views, and equally sweeping winds! Because of frequent strong gusts, placing a grill outside isn’t ideal or safe (unless you want your burgers flying off into the sunset).

That said, we know how nice it is to cook and hang outside, so we’re looking into a wind-safe solution, especially something guests can enjoy in the winter months too. For now, the kitchen inside is fully equipped if you feel like cooking up something delicious indoors.

★ HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES ★

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.

PARKING
The driveway offers ample space for parking up to four cars or trucks, ensuring convenience for you and your guests. Please note that there is no garage parking available, so be sure to utilize the driveway for all your vehicles. Enjoy the ease of access as you come and go during your stay!

SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The property is in a charming neighborhood that offers a serene escape in the heart of nature. Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings while being just a short drive from local attractions, dining, and entertainment options. We kindly ask that you respect our friends and neighbors by avoiding loud or large parties. Please treat the neighbors as you would if you lived here, fostering a peaceful environment for everyone.

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
We’re committed to providing a smooth, secure, and trusted experience for all of our guests. To help ensure that, we require a quick verification process after booking. This includes signing a rental agreement and uploading a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal.

If the person booking is not the cardholder, we may also request a brief credit card authorization form and a selfie for confirmation. These simple steps help protect your reservation, prevent fraud, and ensure your funds are safe.

We do this to create a safe, respectful environment - for you and for all future guests. It’s a straightforward process, and it helps us continue hosting the kind of great people this home was designed for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
