Everything was wonderful. Check in/out process was a no stress adventure. The owner was very friendly and helpful making sure that we were all safe and set.Beach access was awesome and the people we met in the area were very friendly and respectful.The apartment setup was very accommodating and relaxed.We would definitely come back and visit again.

Great Condo on the Beach!

This is the perfect condo at the perfect location for anyone wanting to stay in the Cocoa Beach area. It's right on the water and not far from the downtown restaurants and bars. It is well equipped, clean, safe and comfortable. If we ever return to the area, we will try very hard to stay here again!The owner was terrific! Great communication and checked in just the right amount of times.This is a great place!

Hidden Vacation Gem

This bungalo exceeded my expectations. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishware and much more. Beds are very comfy. Bathrooms have soap, shampoo, lots of towels. Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards are all available for use. I will definitely return to this lovely place. We had coffee every morning on the balcony enjoying the view of the water. The hosts were extremely friendly and made our stay very pleasant. George recommended a great restaurant , which was delicious, and Trina made sure we had everything we needed to make for a great vacation.
