Everything was wonderful. Entry was easy, communication was great. We had one minor issue and it was handled timely and perfectly. This was a great place, and we had a wonderful time. If we ever go back to Cocoa Beach, we will stay here again. The beach access isn't long, and the beach is fabulous! It was close to things we wanted to do; nearby restaurants are good too.

Beach condo

The listing is more appealing than the actual unit. Parking was tight, it was clean, great access to the beach, walking distance to the pier and a couple restaurants. The ac in the second bedroom didnt work, a battery was pulled out of a smoke alarm, but there were plenty of towels, kitchen amenities, and the rooftop view was amazing.

Perfect Cocoa Beach Vacation

This is our second time visiting Cocoa Beach and we had a wonderful experience. The location was wonderful and close to everything. We enjoyed the condo, pool, and the beach. Super close to the pier and very easy to get to hot spots in the area.

Perfect for a short or long getaway

We loved our stay at the Chateau this past May. The property was beautifully kept, with lots of amenities - contained within the property. People were friendly and the overall experience was so pleasant that this location has already become a "go to" for girls' trips. Checking in and out was so easy and communication with the manager was wonderful - checking in with us to be sure our stay was comfortable and carefree. This property is perfectly located on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store, and steps from the BEACH! Exceptionally clean! The host was amazing! Zareh who manages this property is incredible. He sent information about restaurants, events in the area etc. He checked in a couple times to make sure all was well. When the battery in the smoke detector went bad and it was chirping he had someone there right away to handle it.

Great location, great week

Stayed with my husband and another couple. Location, location, location! Condo was as described. Easy entry, great communication with owner, clean and stocked for the week with paper towel, toilet paper, detergents, etc. Washer and dryer was a great extra. Large TVs and wonderful heated pool. We would have liked anotger comfy chair in living room but we adapted and used the dining room table. The complex management team could use more personality. We had a gentleman become a little mire snippy than i would have liked. Were 60 ish and were getting ready to get out of the pool around 8pm (no where close to dark or dusk) and he walked thru and snapped pool closes at dusk, get your stuff. The only items we had were 2 towels and shoes. We didnt let him ruin our stay and laughed it off. He didnt have anything to say earlier when 4 teens were running aound the pool and diving in a pool too shallow for that. Other guests wete very nice and friendly and we were lucky enough to see 2 rockets take off.

The stay was great loved the place. The only thing I’d change is to have a cover on the smoking section everything was great. Staff was helpful the place was clean and convenient. Room for everyone and it made for a wonderful vacation
