Desde la llegada fue muy feo una de las habitacionesque reservamos no tenia serviciode tv y no lo pudieron solucionar,no tiene ni logos, el lugar huele mucho a humedad, esta descuidado y sucio, el elevador se atoro y los barandales para bajar a recepción se movian, las fotos que muestran para nada se parecen, quedamos muy decepcionados del lugar, no lo recomiendo para nada

Pésimo estado del hotel

De verdad en pleno 2022 el hotel no tenia luz cuando llegamos, no cuentan con planta de energía para estos casos, la pantalla del cuarto no servía, no se cargo una habitación supuestamente pero si jalo el dinero de mi banca para esto culparon la pagina de booking de igual manera el desayuno solo era psra alumnos no para los niños, de igual manera venia incluido en la reservacion pero ellos comentan que las paginas así ofrecen cosas pero ellos no tienen culpa de eso, el elevador aveces funciona otras no, recalco la luz iba y venia, mal mal mal no lo recomiendo para nada de verdad busquen otras opciones para el precio que dan mejor en otro lado

Pésimo hotel

Es un pésimo hotel, del tiempo que estuve ahí solo en una ocasión hubo agua caliente para bañarme, siempre se le tenía que hablar a la recepción para que encendieran la caldera, además el estacionamiento es a las ganadas, porque no hay suficiente lugar para todosos coches y la administración no hace nada para que el huésped pueda guardar su coche, el desayuno es muy malo, de los 4 días que estuve ahí, solo un día fui al desayuno el cual no tenía buen sabor, tuve que ir a desayunar a otro lado, el hotel y la fachada del hotel es muy fea, por dentro el techo es de plafón y se está viniendo a bajo, sin duda jamás volveré a ese lugar.

esperemos que quede bien

el hotel un poco abandonado, espero que esten en proceso de remodelacion. las habitaciones muy deterioradas y un poco antiguas, observe que el lobby recien nuevo o remodelado. la infraestrucura externa falta mantenimiento y pintura. el hotel tiene una excelente vista y esta un buen lugar. deseo que esten acondicionando poco y quiero suponer que por la pandemia es lento la inversion que se le esta dando. el area de alberca solo funciona una de las tres que tienen de igual manera sus entorno de la misma.

La relación calidad - precio es buena La ubicación también es buena Sin embargo, tiene áreas de oportunidad bastante importantes. El desayuno es muy pobre (café, una rebanada de pan tostado y un vaso de jugo tipo beberé).Por esa misma tarifa, muchos otros hoteles ofrecen algo mejor. También había un insecto (cucaracha) deambulando tranquilamente en la habitación. La atención del personal si es buena.
